Fortunately, there is an easy and effective trick to avoid an accident with knives during a move.
So how do you transport your kitchen knives easily and safely?
The trick is to protect the blade of the knife with a simple roll of empty toilet paper and a rubber band . Watch:
1. Collect a roll of toilet paper.
2. Pass the blade of the knife through the roller.
3. Hang the roll with a rubber band.
4. If the blade protrudes from the roller, put two.
There you go, you now know how to transport your kitchen knives without risk :-)
Easy, fast and efficient, right?
You can store them safely in a box.
It's still better than taking the risk of cutting yourself...
...or dropping your knife during the move.
If you don't have a roll of toilet paper handy, all is not lost!
Don't take the risk of transporting them unprotected.
You can also use newspaper and tape, a shipping box, or even empty cereal boxes.
