The festivities take place in the fishing village of San Vito Lo Capo, located in northwestern Sicily. In a festive and friendly atmosphere, the greatest chefs, from four different continents, will compete for the title of best couscous 2015:Brazil, France, Palestine, Tunisia, Morocco, Italy, Israel, Senegal , the United States, Mauritius. In competition, all kinds of couscous, from the most traditional to the most extravagant, even gluten-free! The guest of honor of this festival is undoubtedly couscous, but you will also discover Sicilian specialties, wine, olive oil, desserts from Trapani. The village will be lively, from morning until evening, to the rhythm of culinary workshops, street performances and concerts.
