Go on an adventure in the islands of Guadeloupe!

Night diving in Basse-Terre

Where exactly? On the spots of Deshaies and Bouillante for example.

Why is it good? Equipped with a suitable lamp, we discover underwater creatures that live hidden during the day and are only visible at night:copper lobsters, spider crabs, decorating spiders, astrophytons, white-spotted octopus... Unforgettable!

Good to know:generally sheltered and shallow, night dive sites are also suitable for beginners.

We are launching! Count around 50 euros/pers. for a night dive with Archipel Plongée, located on Malendure beach, in Bouillante. Level 1 to 3 diving courses also possible, from 150 euros.

Climb to Soufrière

Where exactly? At the Soufrière volcano, the highest point of the islands of Guadeloupe. Start of the trek at the Bains Jaunes where you can swim with pleasure on the way back.

Why is it good? After 7 km of effort (especially on the last 500 meters of the ascent), once at the top, at 1,467 meters above sea level, you can enjoy an incredible 360° view of the mountain ranges and the different islands. Guadeloupe (Les Saintes, Marie-Galante, etc.). Nearby, the large Tarissant chasm releases strong clouds of sulfur vapour. Then, we wind on the marked paths of the National Park of Guadeloupe to discover the second highest point of the Antilles, the Piton Dolomieux (1,464 meters).

Surfing in Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre

Where exactly? For amateurs, head for Bananier beach, the most accessible spot on the island, which runs along a beautiful typical black sand beach. For those who wish to surf in the turquoise waters, head to Port-Louis (Grande-Terre). For seasoned surfers only, head to Anse Salabouelle, (Le Moule), on the Atlantic side.

Why is it good? Water at 27 degrees, waves of excellent quality all year round, many famous spots for both beginners and experienced:paradise is here!

We are launching! No Comply Surf School offers individual half-day packages from 100 euros; Shaka Surf School group lessons from 35 euros.

Hiking in La Désirade

Where exactly? Meet at the Pointe Doublé trail, east of La Désirade.

Why is it good? To observe an exceptional sunrise! And above all to discover the geological nature reserve of La Désirade, a natural and protected area between grandiose landscapes and heavenly beaches.

Kayaking in Marie-Galante

Where exactly? In the bay of Saint-Louis for example.

Why is it good? We sail on the Mangrove of Vieux-Fort while greeting turtles, moorhens and tropical fish... Nearby, a footpath runs along the river, as well as an ornithological observatory. Perfect for nature lovers!

Sailing to Les Saintes

Where exactly? In one of the most beautiful bays in the world.

Why is it good? Classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Saintes archipelago is a paradise for sailing in peace, with its many idyllic and very well protected anchorages. On the program:crossing the canal by sail, lazing around on the boat, discovering the small colorful houses of the village of Les Saintes, diving with mask and snorkel on an accessible spot, contemplating the dolphins, Creole lunch on board...
