Barbecues are fun, but they get a lot of smoke. Too much smoke!
Not very pleasant for the one who blows on the embers, nor for the neighbors.
Fortunately, there is a very simple trick to make the bbq emit much less smoke.
The trick is to throw a pinch of coarse salt on the embers of the barbecue:
1. Take coarse salt.
2. Throw a pinch of coarse salt into the hearth of the barbecue.
3. Renew if the smoke starts again.
There you go, your barbecue smokes a lot less :-)
This trick has another advantage. It also allows the fire to last longer.
