Mardi Gras weekend at Dolce Chantilly. On February 23, March 2 and 9, 2019, it is the chef of the establishment, chef Jimmy Elisabeth, who will teach parents and children how to make a Chantilly cream according to the rules of the art and to garnish the pancakes and donuts prepared for the occasion during the Mardi Gras workshop. After the tasting, it's time for the party and the competition for the best costume (personal or chosen from those of the hotel).
