On the rock wall Pastyrska stena is a via ferrata, a climbing route with steel cables, rope bridges and iron stairs. There are a total of sixteen courses of different levels. A tour takes about 1.5 to 2 hours in which you conquer a length of 150-170 m. Once at the top you can enjoy the view over the river Elbe and the wooded hilly landscape together. You can spend a romantic night in the lush nature of Bohemian Switzerland in Bohemian Cottage in Krasná Lipa. The apartments are beautifully decorated with natural colors and materials. In the adjacent garden you can laze in the hammock, cool off in the outdoor pool, relax in the yoga room or in the wellness area with sauna and hot tub.

Karlovy Vary is the largest city of the three and has graceful colonnades where you can contemplate the healing waters. Water bubbles from these sources at a temperature of about 40 to 70 degrees Celsius. The Central European spa tradition consists of bathing, drinking beneficial water and walking. You can do the latter especially well in the adjacent Slavkov forest. Various routes lead to beautiful viewpoints, such as Goethe or the Three Crosses. The most famous and luxurious hotel in Karlovy Vary is Grandhotel Pupp, also a popular film location. It was the setting for the Bond film Casino Royale with Daniel Craig and the film Last Holiday (2006) with Queen Latifa was shot here.

North of Prague you will find this breathtaking nature reserve where you can take non-stop photos of the gigantic rocks, ruins, forest trails and views. In the east of Bohemian Paradise are the Prachov rocks, a natural wonder of gorges, crevices and chasms. Several walks lead through the area where some climbing and scrambling is sometimes required. In the western part of this geopark you will find many ruins in addition to rocks, such as rock castle Drábské světničky, the ruin Trosky and the gothic fortress Valdštejn. The castle hotel Hrubá Skála is a great accommodation, mainly because of its location. On top of the rock of the same name, the castle proudly shows off in the landscape.
