Pad Thai

Green curry

The Tom Yam Kung

Distinguished by its bright red color, this sweet and sour soup is wreaking havoc in Thailand as well as in Western countries. It prepares very quickly and is served very hot. Slightly spicy, the perfect blend of lemongrass, kaffir lime and galangal will delight all palates.

The gay Khao Man

This very popular dish locally is for sure, a very simple dish, but not less tasty than the others. These are pieces of chicken breast accompanied by fragrant rice that is eaten with a spicy sauce with a thousand scents without which the dish would lose all its flavor.

The Crying Tiger

Although the name of this dish may be confusing, it is in no way a tiger on your plate, be sure. Because in reality it is a dish made from very tender beef cut into thin strips. Much less known than the Pad Thai, The Crying Tiger nevertheless remains a great symbol of Thai gastronomy. Quite spicy, this dish is served either with noodles or jasmine-flavoured rice.

The Som Tam

Khao Niao ma mouang

Certainly, there is a wide variety of Thai dishes as tasty as each other, the desserts are however rare. Instead, the inhabitants of the country have a wide variety of exotic fruits. Khao Niao ma mouang or mango and sticky rice is one of the few and also the most popular dessert. It is sticky rice with coconut milk sweetly paired with a few slices of mango or durian, which is a fruit found only in Southeast Asia.
