When you can't do something, you learn it. When we know how to do it, we teach it. This is also valid for yoga. Once we understand the benefits of this discipline, we would like to share our achievements. To be able to do this, you must first become a yoga teacher. One way to do this is through a training program. And as long as you do, you might as well do this apprenticeship in the idyllic setting of Chiang Mai. To learn more about Yoga Teacher Training, read on.
Yoga Teacher Training is a program that leads to a diploma or certification as a yoga teacher.
Two levels of certification are available. The first level is the YTT 200 hours. It already allows you to teach the basics of yoga in yoga centers or gyms dedicated to this discipline.
Your lessons will focus on the history of yoga, the philosophy that prevails there, but also on anatomy. You can also learn about meditation and give Hatha and Ashtanga lessons.
The second level is the YTT 500 hours. It usually lasts around 2 months. The courses will obviously be more advanced. By the end of this course, you will be an expert in teaching yoga. You will be able to pass on your knowledge, but also organize yoga retreats.
The YTT 500 is actually a combination of a 200 hour YTT with a 300 hour YTT. In the end, you will get an RYS 500.
The city of Chiang Mai is undoubtedly one of the favorite destinations to bathe in calm and enjoy nature.
You will be totally immersed in Thai culture by staying there for a stay of 50 nights. For a yoga retreat, the Maewin Guesthouse &Resort is the perfect address.
