Never been myself, but it's on my list. But the Dominican Republic also seems to be a popular destination for a sun holiday in the spring (March). Small disadvantage (but the destinations below also have that), it is a bit of a long flight if you can only go on holiday for a week. For example because of the school holidays. You can easily spend 1 whole day traveling there and back. Butrrrr… you do get something in return. If you are talking about a holiday in the sun, then you are in this area even better than above, the average temperature is higher and there is more sun.

You should not be in Ibiza for a really cool sun holiday in March, but this destination is still booked fairly often during this period. With temperatures of around 18 ° this is not really what you mean by a sun holiday in my opinion, but it is a fact that Ibiza is beautiful and is really starting to awaken during this period 😉 .
