Intimate thalasso or vast spa? The question may arise in view of the reduced number of cabins (8 cabins for dry treatments and 12 for wet treatments) and the refined decoration of the premises, far from the traditional codes of the profession. There is no doubt, however, that it is indeed thalassotherapy that we are talking about here, under the aegis of the Thalgo group. Hydromassage baths, seaweed wraps, massages under affusions… the classic treatments are all there, but revisited with an extra soul! From the comfortable floating bed for wraps to the little details that make the difference (scented linen, intimate candle lighting, larger massage table…) in each cabin, you feel really privileged, pampered…. like in a spa!
With its large bay windows facing the sea, its rough stone walls, its wooden frame and its sauna overlooking the ocean, it totally surprises us. We love the swimming pool against the current and the variety of jets in the leisure pool:swan necks, bubble deckchairs, jacuzzi... And especially the sunsets to admire while being massaged in sea water heated to 32 °C!
From the dynamic and smiling director, Caroline Mahé-Léa, to the various practitioners (beauticians, therapists, etc.) and the lifeguard, the welcome is professional but always warm and spontaneous. And it feels good ! A big thank you especially to Sabine for her exceptional listening.

Spacious rooms, most with balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and quality catering:chef Cyril Le Rest, a native of Finistère, magnifies local products, such as cod cooked on pebbles and smoked with maritime pine needles, which has a small visual and taste effect! Good point also for the homemade cakes (far Breton, apple cakes…) for breakfast.
