Today, in some countries, travel has created more damage than it has brought good. One of the most striking examples is that of the Great Barrier Reef, which today risks disappearing due to global warming, of course, but also because of mass tourism. The platform
Voy’Agir, created in 2016 by a young entrepreneur from Montpellier, started from this observation to offer eco-responsible trips. This company is aware of the fact that it is difficult to organize a responsible trip alone, in particular because of the lack of information and the organization which can be difficult. The idea of
Voy’Agir is therefore to collect feedback from “voy’acteurs” to share useful information on its platform. The start-up also searches the net for as much information as possible to offer responsible travel ideas to its readers. Not bad right?
The platform being very recent, for the moment there are nearly 200 good deals in 25 different countries (that's already not bad!). Five categories stand out:gastronomy, accommodation, leisure, places to visit and transport. This is how you can find yourself in Lima in a guest house that practices selective sorting or in Livingstone in Zambia in a Lodge that has its own vegetable garden. Beyond offering authentic and responsible trips, the platform can also give ideas for destinations. So what are we waiting for to go check it out?
