An article published yesterday in Le Parisien exclusively reveals the novelties of Gault &Millau version 2012. And surprise! As in any trendy guide, you can find a great range of cheap and... ultra chic restaurants!
Gault &Millau is to gastronomy what Victor Hugo is to literature:a must! And for the first time, luxury cuisine is within reach of all budgets, since for this 40th edition of the famous guide, we have been given the opportunity to find 1,600 addresses for less than 35 euros!
I grant you, 35 euros is always a sum, but my grandmother, who is a regular, always told me that haute cuisine had nothing to do with the rest. So, for a special occasion, why not let yourself be tempted?
And honestly, going to a gourmet restaurant once is still better than going to a fast food restaurant ten times, isn't it? For information, Gault &Millau will be available in all bookstores, as well as in FNAC and Virgin stores.
