There will be a new kid on the long list of theme parks. If the Disney and Universal Studio parks have been delighting young and old alike for years, they will soon have to accept a new rival:London Paramount Park. This park, which will open its doors by 2022, will offer around fifty attractions of all kinds, all inspired by the greatest films produced by the studio. Thus, we will be able to experience strong sensations in the middle of the sets of Mission:Impossible , Star Strek , Titanic , Indiana Jones , Grease , Avengers and many others ! There will also be attractions inspired by BBC productions and animated films produced by the British studio Aadman Animation (to which we owe in particular Wallace and Gromit ). The park, of more than 352 hectares, will be divided into different areas. It will create up to 27,000 jobs, and will be able to welcome more than 40,000 visitors per day!
In addition to offering attractions such as the roller coaster and 3D immersions in mythical scenery, the staggering budget of 3.5 billion dollars will also allow the construction of a performance hall with more than 2,000 seats, many restaurants, a space dedicated to exhibitions and conferences, hotels, a nightclub, shops, cinemas, and an indoor water park. It will also be possible to attend musicals. Contrary to what its name suggests, the London Paramount Park will not open its doors in the English capital, but in Bamber Pit, in Kent, a county east of London. To enter, you will have to pay the sum of £57, or about €65, a price that will include transport from the capital. Humphrey Percy, the boss of Kuwaiti European Holdings, the construction company for the park, specified that everything will be done so that everyone can get there easily:"We are also working with the rail service to facilitate access to parks for visitors who do not drive there. We would also like to have a boat that connects central London to the park, which would also be part of the attraction. » The French who wish to go to London Paramount Park by train should stop at Ebbsfleet International station, served by the Eurostar.
We can't wait!
