Just before World Happiness Day on March 20, the UN released the 2016 World Happiness Report. In the report, 156 countries are ranked according to their happiness level. In the update, the top 10 countries are the same as last year, but their ranking has changed again. Denmark is the happiest country in the world, closely followed by Switzerland, Iceland and Norway. The top 10 continues with Finland, Canada, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia and Sweden. The US is ranked 13th, two places higher than last year. The World Happiness Report was presented for the fourth time this year.
