For the next vacation, you would like to take your family to the seaside, but unfortunately you only have a limited budget? Don't despair, here are some destinations within reach of almost any budget.
This has been a very popular seaside destination for a few years now. The reasons ? First of all the beauty of its coasts, without forgetting the warm and crystalline Adriatic Sea. But if this country is beset by tourists every year, it is mainly thanks to its many seaside resorts free of access. What's more, if you take the time to look carefully, you can easily find affordable accommodation. To do this, I make reservations two or even three months before departure.
In the company of my friends, I spent unforgettable stays of rest and relaxation there and I can only recommend Croatia. Moreover, we stayed in Dubrovnik throughout the stay. In the morning, I indulged in my favorite seaside activities, namely swimming and lazing around. The afternoons were devoted to visits to the sites, as well as to the historical monuments of the city. I recommend Copacabana beach, otherwise Banje for those who prefer the pebbly coastline.
On the Atlantic side, my preferences go to Portuguese beaches, particularly the seaside resorts of Faro, especially if you are looking for beaches that are not crowded. Indeed, as this city is not yet very famous, holidaymakers do not come there en masse. However, there is no shortage of idyllic corners, especially for honeymoons. I spent a romantic weekend there and I plan to come back soon. Try Praia Verde beach in the Ria Formosa Natural Park in the Algarve.
However, if you like bustling and vibrant beach towns, head to Porto. For good reason, the capital of Portugal is also home to beautiful beaches. In addition, the latter are located near the city center and are easily accessible by public transport. This is for example the case of Praia do Costa Verde, Praia de Baia and Praia Pop. And if you venture to the surroundings of Porto, do not miss the fine sandy beaches of Aveiro and Moledo Beach.
Finally for fans of the Mediterranean coast, why not Italy? Honeymoon destination par excellence, this southern European country is not only famous for its archaeological sites and its high gastronomy. This destination is also home to dream beaches and in my opinion, the Sicilian coasts are the most magnificent. But I already warn you, expect very crowded beaches if your stay coincides with the high season.
Sicily's best-known seaside village, Taormina is ideal for family vacations. The nautical leisure activities for children are very diversified there. You will have enough to occupy the little monsters during the day, during your tanning sessions. Otherwise, it is on the island of Sardinia that you will find the most beautiful beaches in Italy.
