Driving a car that isn't yours?
This often happens if you are used to renting cars.
As a result, you never know which side of the car the tank is on.
Here's a trick to find out which side the gas tank is on without ever being wrong.
The arrow next to the fuel pump symbol shows you which side the fuel tank is on:
1. Look at which side the arrow is, next to the fuel gauge.
2. Choose a gas pump that is on the side of the arrow.
There you go, no more parking too far from the gas pump :-)
Now you know where the gas tank is, even if it's not your car.
Simple, practical and effective!
It also works for people like me who can't remember which side their gas tank is on...
Be aware that in any case, it is not advisable to drive on the reserve.
