Unicorns, unicorns again and again... And yet, they do not seem to tire the public, who remain amazed at each of the releases of derivative objects on the theme of the fantastic animal. This time, however, we've gone to a higher level:better than the unicorn café in Bangkok and the magical Too Faced collection unveiled at the beginning of spring (well, it's still our favorite, we're not going to hide it), c It's a huge floating play area that has been designed around the unicorn theme. Called "Inflatable Island", the construction which is described as "the largest floating playground in Asia" is located in Subic Bay, about 100 km from the Philippine capital Manila. It covers 3400 square meters of water – the equivalent of 8 basketball courts put together – and includes floating slides, bridges, swings, towers and an attraction called “human launcher”. We imagine that it is an installation which makes pass from one part of the island to another thanks to a propulsion system... Whatever it does, the whole thing looks like a real enchanted world !
It is also possible to slide on the curved backs of enormous unicorns and sea serpents, which are also floating. Those who would like to catch their breath between pirouettes are invited to take advantage of the Pink Bali Lounge, a space set up on the beach where it is possible to sip a cocktail on poufs and parasols in Millennial pink and purple colors. So how much is the access to this little paradise? Three times nothing ! It will indeed cost 499 Philippine pesos, or €7.80 to enjoy the beach all day and the playground for an hour. For those with a sweet tooth, a day pass has been set up:for €13.20 (849 pesos), the floating island and the beach have unlimited access from 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The dream... And what's more, it's almost a given! If you are planning to travel to the Philippines in the next few months, this is a must... Don't forget, however, to get the essential vaccinations before the big departure. Alright, we're going back to our Too Faced colored eyeshadow palette... It's not bad either, after all!
