We have all dreamed of adventure, of going to visit countries to discover their cultures, their traditions and their landscapes. But if we wanted to do research on the budget to be expected, it's a safe bet that we were discouraged when we saw the amount that we would have to pay (between 9,000 and 30,000 € depending on the countries visited, duration, mode of transport, etc.). Good news, Airbnb is unveiling its new “Airbnb Adventures” program with a hot offer:an 80-day world tour (the reference to Jules Verne's novel is voluntary!), offered to 6 lucky people. In the program ? Visit of 12 countries on 6 continents:England, Romania, Uzbekistan, Egypt, Jordan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nepal, Bhutan, Thailand, China, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, United States, Ecuador, Chile and Iceland. All for £4,042 (about €4,500), plane tickets, food, local transport (including the hot air balloon!), activities and drinks included (we wonder if visas are included, but the phrase "you don't make sure you have enough empty pages in your passport" suggests that you do).
But beware, not everyone will be able to participate in this world tour, because it is not enough to pay to be taken. Airbnb has anticipated the strong demand that there will be for this experience and will offer 3 sessions to select the 6 people who will participate. The first took place on June 20, 2019, the second will take place on June 26 for the inhabitants of China and surrounding countries and for us Europeans it will be necessary to wait until July 1 at 7 p.m. And only 2 people out of the 3 sessions will be recruited to go on the adventure which will begin on September 1 and end on November 19, 2019. Please note, however, that you must be at least 21 years old, which is the age of international majority. . And if you are selected, you will only have to pay extra for the flight to go to London, the starting point.
